Progetto sAPPort - Medici

The SAPPORT project aims to support and accompany patients who are undergoing cancer therapy, providing useful tools to manage theircourse of the disease and to improve the quality of life.Having timely information available on the state of health and lifestyle is a fundamental tool for the doctor, who in this way can have a more complete and faithful picture of the patients quality of life.
A constant tracking of the level of psychological, physical and emotional well-being, allows the acquisition and monitoring over time of useful information not only for the doctor, but also (and above all) for the patient himself.
